Materials & Finish FAQs

We understand some dogs are more inclined to chew. While we cannot guarantee our furniture will be 100% chew-proof, we have minimised internal corners in our design process and can add anti-chew guards if this is of particular concern to you.

All our furniture is made from high-grade, sustainably-sourced FSC timber. The frames are typically furniture-grade pine with moisture-resistant hardwood furniture board used for bases and backs. We use tried and tested hard-wearing, water-based paints that are water-resistant, scrub-able and wipeable.

Absolutely, just let us know when submitting your design ideas. Select ‘other’ under Frame Colour and specify there.

Handles, ironmongery, and all other details can be adapted to suit your preferences. You can choose from our established selection or ship the items you’d like included to us. This can all be established during the design phase.

Payment FAQs

We use the secure payment platform Stripe and can accept payments by credit card, debit card and bank transfer. You can select one of the following payment options:1. Pay in full. 2. Pay 50% deposit: with balance due prior to delivery. 3. Pay in three: with quotation split into three equal payments and paid over three months, with balance due prior to delivery.

Delivery & Service FAQs

Our furniture is entirely bespoke and designed just for you, therefore we do not accept returns. To ensure you and your pet will be satisfied with your furniture, we recommend considering the following prior to ordering: Create a design that will complement your home - Establish the appropriate size furniture for your pet - Carefully measure to check the design fits the intended space.

We currently deliver to mainland UK. For delivery enquiries outside of mainland UK, please Contact Us.

We’re proud of our work and carefully package our furniture for delivery by a specialist team. In the unlikely event your furniture arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can take suitable action.

Yes, all our furniture is handmade and fully assembled in our UK workshop and delivered as such, we don’t flat-pack any of our furniture.

We’re pleased to provide two-person delivery as standard for our orders. Your furniture will be transferred directly to its final destination within your home. See our delivery page for further information.
