Design
Every project begins with a conversation. To help us understand your needs, we invite you to complete our online quote form, indicating that you are interested in fitted furniture. This helps us gather key details about your space, style preferences, and any specific requirements – including how your pets use the room, storage goals, and the look you are hoping to achieve.
Once we receive your form, we will follow up to arrange a consultation, either in person or via video call, where we can explore your ideas in more depth. This is a chance for you to ask questions, share inspiration, and talk through how fitted furniture can elevate your home. Whether you have a clear vision or just a few ideas, we are here to guide and shape the design from the very beginning.
Detailed CAD Drawings for Complete Visualisation
To help you visualise exactly how your fitted furniture will look and feel in your space, we provide detailed CAD (Computer-Aided Design) drawings as part of the design process. These scaled visuals allow you to see the piece from multiple angles, understand how it fits within your room, and get a true sense of proportion and layout. Whether it’s understanding the flow of the room, checking clearances, or imagining how your pets will move around the space, these drawings give clarity and confidence before we move forward to production. We welcome feedback at this stage and will happily refine the design until everything feels just right.
Order Confirmation and Workshop Booking
Once you are completely happy with the final design and specification, we will confirm your order and issue a summary for your approval. At this stage, a deposit is taken to secure your booking, and your project is scheduled into our workshop calendar. We will provide an estimated build and installation timeline, keeping you informed every step of the way. From this point, your bespoke furniture begins its journey from design to reality, crafted with care by our skilled team here in Plymouth.

When your furniture is ready, our experienced fitting team will carry out the installation with precision and care. We understand that we are working in your home, so we take every measure to protect your space, minimise disruption, and leave everything clean and tidy once the job is done. From accurate levelling to seamless finishes, we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional standard of workmanship. We will walk you through the finished piece, ensure everything is exactly as expected, and make sure you are completely happy before we leave.
