Online Design Tool

Our online design tool takes you step by step though the design process. The detail gathered will allow our team to set up your design record and provide you with a drawing and quote. Each phase of the design tool is detailed below:

• Your pets information – This helps our team understand your pet(s) so we can work with you to create a furniture design that delivers a safe and comfortable space.
• Your personal information – We use this information to create a design record for you and to maintain contact with you.
• Your home and use of furniture – This information is required to provide you with your design drawing and quotation. It also allows for us to make recommendations when required. 
• The finish and style for your home – This information is shared with our workshop team once you have commissioned your piece.

By considering the specific needs and placement within your home, our team will work with you to deliver a bespoke pet furniture design that seamlessly combines functionality and style, enhancing your living space.

Telephone Design Consultation

During the design consultation we will talk you through the design process, your ideas and create your design record with you. We take time to understand you, your pet and if there are any specific features you would like to include or challenges to overcome. This learning process will allow us to guide your design and give appropriate recommendations.

After the design consultation is complete we will draw your design and put together a quote against your design record. This will be shared with you via email within 72 hours.
