The Pet Carpenter’s workshop is destroyed by fire, but we will be back…

We are heartbroken to tell you that The Pet Carpenter’s workshop was devastated by fire in the early hours of Wednesday 27th October.

We would like to thank the fire service, police, the local community and our amazing team for their assistance, help and offers of support at this difficult time. We are working with the police and fire service to ascertain the cause of the fire which started in the building next to us and discussing our options with regard to clear up and re-building.

Our biggest priority will be to fulfil orders already placed and contacting all our customers that will be affected. Please be reassured that we will work as quickly as we can without compromising the craftsmanship and quality for which we are known.

If you need to contact us regarding an order, please do so by email to [email protected] and we will respond as soon as possible.

We have much to work through and figure out. Updates will be given in due course and we thank you for your patience at this hard time.

With thanks and best wishes to you all,
Harry & Theodore 🐾
On behalf of all the team at The Pet Carpenter
