So, if you’ve got a unique kitchen furniture idea, we could help you create it! To give you a flavour of just what you might be able to achieve, here are some of our recent kitchen furniture designs, all crafted from the unique kitchen furniture ideas of people just like you.
Tall Dresser with Glass Doors
Dresser furniture is an incredibly versatile way to integrate functional storage into your kitchen space. However, these typically large items take up a lot of space which can be a problem if you also need to factor your pet’s requirements into your kitchen design. Our client was balancing this challenge in their own space, with a requirement for furniture that could display treasured items as well as a cosy bed to enable their pet to hang out with the rest of the family.
They came to us with the unique kitchen furniture idea of combining a tall dresser with a pet bedroom and our innovative design system allowed us to bring this piece of furniture to life through vertical innovation. The design featured plenty of visible and enclosed shelving with protective glass doors, placed above the dog bed area to make this an especially comfortable and homely space for the client’s pet!
Large Dresser
Perfect as a statement piece at the entrance of the room, this unique kitchen furniture idea further allowed us to explore the possibilities of dresser units. This dresser was certainly on the larger side when it comes to the kitchen furniture we have created and featured a horizontal unit with symmetrical cabinets and plenty of visible storage. The inclusion of open shelving allowed the client to give the space a really personal touch, displaying items that enhanced the look and feel of the kitchen while hiding other bits and bobs behind bespoke cupboard doors. The dual-purpose design also featured a dog bed measured to the client’s exact requirements, with a tuck-away door for that little bit of extra privacy when needed.
Breakfast Bar
Breakfast bars can be particularly useful in kitchens where space is limited as they offer storage and eating space in equal measure while giving the kitchen a more sociable and communal feel. Our client took this functionality to a new level by combining a classic breakfast bar piece with a functional pet bedroom for this unique kitchen furniture idea, bringing their furry friend into the mix and maximising the square footage available in their new kitchen. This bespoke breakfast bar also featured a non-intrusive sliding door to make the space welcoming and easy to access. Handy drawers complete the piece of furniture, proving that it’s what you do with the space you do have available that really matters when transforming a kitchen!
