Furniture design for two small dogs

Dogs love to cosy up in safe spaces and when considering furniture design for two small dogs our client loved The Skye Bedroom style. This style is perfect as it provides the ability to create two (or sometimes more) safe bedroom spaces for your dogs. And yet the removable divide also offers the ability to open up the space for sharing. Our client also wanted their furniture to provide additional functionality as a media unit in their room. The drawers storage area was therefore adapted for the TV box to fit neatly in place with cable tidy at the back.

This piece is painted in Farrow and Ball, Lamp Room grey and finished with a light oak waxed colour worktop and silver ironmongery. You can watch the full bedroom tour of this piece below:

Furniture design for a pet house rabbit

Despite being small, rabbits require a good amount of living space and, as with any pet, we ensure this is carefully considered during furniture design for a pet house rabbit. You can learn more about rabbit living space requirements with the Rabbit Welfare Association and Fund (RWAF). Our client has rabbit called Peter and he has access to a living space in the home.  And yet his owners wanted to provide him a cosy bedroom space that for resting and food. They wanted Peter’s bedroom space to also provide a useable worktop in the room and hence we designed a double story living space with a spiral staircase to access the second floor.

Height: 1000mm     Width: 1100mm     Depth: 600mm

This piece is complete with our signature up and over sliding door. This allows Peter freedom to come and go as he pleases. There is also a single swing door to enable easy cleaning of the second floor. The furniture is painted in Farrow and Ball, Ammonite. It is complete with an oak wax worktop, trim to match and silver ironmongery. You can watch the full bedroom tour of this piece below:
