It’s safe to say it’s been a hectic few months behind the scenes at The Pet Carpenter! From forced closures to insurance claims, we’ve been trying our best to get back to businesses as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s a quick rundown of our progress so far, as well as what we have planned for 2022.
We’d like to start this post with a huge thank you for your patience during these unexpected and uncertain times. We really appreciate how patient all our customers and supporters have been while we’ve been working to get back up and running as quickly as possible. We are optimistic that the end of challenging times is now in sight and we are so excited to be back in the workshop doing what we love!
The Pet Carpenter Workshop and Orders
The team worked hard to find a new premises for our workshop after the devastating fire we were caught up in last year. We have now found a new location for our workshop and we moved in a couple of weeks ago. We are so happy to be back to creating our bespoke furniture in our new workshop space.
Now we back up and running we are prioritising our customers furniture that were lost in the fire. We are accepting enquiries for new orders via email and web enquiry form and Harry will be back in the office for a couple of hours a day in order to quote and respond to order requests from Monday 18th April. We will be serving orders on a first come first served basis and we just ask for patience in receiving quotes whilst we get back to being fully operational.
Harry’s New Arrival
Harry and his wife welcomed their daughter Rose, the newest addition to the family January, joining son Ted and of course pup Theodore. After an uncertain start seeing Rose rushed back to hospital with meningitis, we’re delighted to announce that the family are all happy and well and enjoying the many adventures that life continues to bring.
Welcoming Cally to the team
Hattie, Woody and Hen who help us out with all our wonderful photography have welcomed gorgeous Cockador pup Cally to their team at Paws and Tors and we are excited to have Cally as an honouree TPC team member too. Cally has already been getting involved with helping in the workshop!
Our Plans for 2022
The Pet Carpenter team is ready and raring to be back on our feet. During our pause these last few months, we’ve been working hard on product development. We can’t wait to share more of our pet furniture designs with you. Once we’re back up and running fully we’ll also take you behind the scenes of our creative process.
